warming smilerooftop barroom sizeconnectivity issue
the staff were always ready to assist, their smiles were very warming! the rooftop bar was a special treat. i savored many sunsets with a cocktail in hand.
our room was a bit smaller than i imagined, the photos felt somewhat deceiving! the television had some connectivity issues. this was a small frustration.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The rooftop sun loungers provided a great space to unwind after exploring the city. We enjoyed great food and drinks at the bar area!
The premium king room seemed smaller in person. The photos were not that helpful. The fabric on the bedback was quite dirty and even had hair on it.

The breakfast buffet felt disorganized to me. dishes and utensils were often missing, and i had to wait quite a while for a cup of water one morning. also, the food sometimes ran out. There were no fruits for over forty minutes, no orange juice, and no hot vegan options. the spa required an extra charge and could only be used by one person at a time which didn't feel right.

the rooftop provided a nice atmosphere. the food served there was quite good. breakfast had good choices and was enjoyable. i used the rooftop bar both nights. it was a cute experience after a long day.
the shower door did not close properly. the washroom level was higher than the main bedroom. water went everywhere in the room. i was notified upon arrival about an extra fee of 18 euro. this was uncomfortable because i had already paid in full.

the room was spacious and very well equipped it had a large balcony the hotel was well located and only 150m from the metro. the restaurant and bar were excellent they were well appointed. i liked the christmas decorations in the restaurant.
i paid for parking after i arrived. i would have liked to know this beforehand.

Decent Stay with Minor Issues

My room had a really spacious design. Breakfast included many fresh options. It was a bonus. There was a metro station a short walk away. The metro provided quick access to the city center.
The premium king room I booked felt smaller than expected. Photos of the room where not helpful. The bed's mattress did not cater to my comfort. The bedback had a fabric, and it was dirty. I found hair on the bedback.
